Which personal information we collect and why
We only collect the mandatory data, e.g. to provide or improve services and to communicate with you. User-related information includes, but is not limited to, information obtained by TWLV regarding the user’s access to the website, name, surname, address, telephone numbers, account access information on this website and / or information provided by the user, cookies, web analytics. Comments
If a visitor posts a comment on the page, we will collect information entered in comment form, IP address, and browser data to help detect spam.

What are cookies?

How long we keep the data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so that we can automatically identify and approve further comments. We do not use the data collected through contact form for marketing purposes.

All users can view, edit or delete their personal data at any time (except in cases where a deletion requires a request to our e-mail). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.

Where do we send your data
Visitors’ comments can be checked through the service for automatic detection of “spam” comments.
Akismet: We collect data from visitors who leave a comment on the website. Data which is usually collected: IP address, user agent, referrer and data entered in the comment form.
YouTube: Our website uses plugins from YouTube – Google. Operator of the site is LLC LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit one of our YouTube plug-in pages, you are connected to YouTube’s servers. Here, YouTube server is notified of pages you have visited. If you’re signed in to YouTube, we allow you to associate your browsing behavior directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. Google Web Fonts: This site uses fonts provided by Google. When you open the page, your browser loads required fonts into the browser cache to display text and fonts correctly. To do this, your browser must connect directly to Google’s servers. Google thus detects that you have accessed the website via your IP address.
